You will be furnished with a spare tire on your rental unit. You are responsible
for repairing or replacing all flat or blown out tires. THE SPEED LIMIT IS 55
MPH WHEN TOWING A VEHICLE. These tires will not hold at speeds of 70
MPH. Repairs are $20.00 per tire (if salvagable). A fee of $75.00 for TENT
TRAILERS, $150.00 for TRAVEL TRAILERS and $200.00 for MOTOR
HOMES will be charged for all tires returned flat or blown out.

All rental units must have FULL COVERAGE insurance with TOWING
coverage. The binder must show both the RENTER and HAPPY CAMPER
as additional insured. Your insurance company may fax us a binder or you can
purchase insurance through us at a daily rate of: $6.00 per day for the
UTILITY TRAILER, $12.00 per day for TENT TRAILERS and $15.00 per
day for TRAVEL TRAILERS and TOY HAULERS. We do not offer
insurance on MOTOR HOMES. You must provide a binder from your
insurance company showing full coverage (comp and collision) and towing
coverage (MOTOR HOMES only). Deductibles must be at $250.00 or less
for TENT TRAILERS, TRAVEL TRAILERS and TOY HAULERS and
$500.00 or less for all MOTOR HOMES. Should your deductible be higher,
you must leave a higher security deposit.

Pets are welcome with a $20.00 PET FEE. Please cover the beds to protect
them from pet hair. If there is excessive hair, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
