MILEAGE |
MOTOR HOMES are allowed 100 miles per day, unless otherwise specifies on the contract. Extra mileage may be pre-purchased for .25 per mile. This money is NON-REFUNDABLE, meaning that if you do not use the extra mileage, you will not get your money back. Should you bring the MOTOR HOME back over the specified mileage, you will be charged .49 per each mile over. |
CLEANING FEES |
Most places charge an up front cleaning fee of $50.00 - $100.00. This charge is usually non-refundable whether you bring it back clean or not. As a courtesy to our customers, Happy Camper does not charge a cleaning fee. We give the unit to you clean and it must be returned clean, or you will be charged a cleaning fee. The fees vary according to the condition of the vehicle upon return. We require that you sign an inspection sheet, inspecting the vehicle for any cleaning or damage, prior to departure. |
GAS /PROPANE USE |
The gas and propane tanks will not always be given to you full. The gauges or amounts will be noted on your inspection sheet before you leave. If they are not returned with the same amount, you will be charged $10.00 + $4.00 per gallon for PROPANE and $10.00 + $5.00 per gallon for GAS. You also have the option of pre-paying for PROPANE at $25.00 - $40.00 per tank (trailers only). |
