METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Checks, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover,
Money Orders and Cash. PERSONAL and BUSINESS CHECKS are
accepted up to TWO WEEKS prior to departure only. All credit cards are charged 4% for use.

OFFICE OPERATIONS
Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm / Saturday & Sunday 10am - 3pm. We accept
drop-offs on the weekends. Weekend pick-ups, however, must be
arranged in advance with Happy Camper.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
Deposit fees to reserve a unit are $200.00. This deposit is applied toward
the balance and is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel within 30 days, we
may issue credit toward a future rental (except on HOLIDAYS). There are
NO CASH BACK REFUNDS on deposits.
BALANCE OF RENTAL FEES
The balance of rental fees is due in full on or before the scheduled pick up
day. It is to be made in the form of CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY.
PERSONAL and BUSINESS CHECKS are accepted to pay the balance
up to two weeks in advance.
